Teshia’s Garden of Hope Foundation, Inc.: Empowering Lives

Teshia’s Garden of Hope Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit charitable organization created to celebrate the life of Teshia, a beautiful and brave young woman full of hope and promise. Teshia was a sister, daughter, and mother of four beautiful young children. Her dreams were stolen and canceled as her life was compromised by the ravages of cancer.

The organization is founded on charitable principles of community engagement, health education, public and professional services, financial support and assistance for housing, employment, cancer education, awareness and literacy, childcare pediatric mental health support, and outreach to enable support for families of young children, youth, caregivers, and parental survivors of those whose lives are devastated by cancer and other catastrophic illnesses and events.

The Foundation advocates for and seeks to provide intervention and resources to improve health and living conditions for children, families, and caregivers engaged in the care and comfort of loved ones as they embrace the realities of catastrophic illnesses and their devastating financial and health outcomes.
